There are other equipment requirements which need to be recognized and adhered to for ultimate safety.

These include, helmets, a double layer driver suit, and of course flame-retardant driving gloves. Most of these uniforms have been tried and tested for proficiency and safety, and the driver will never race without them. Respect for the sport is imperative, and safety is probably the most important consideration.

Each event is well organized and advertised, ensuring the best experience for not only the fans but for the racing teams too. Wonderful prizes are up for grabs, along with the prestigious trophy for the victor. These are all part of the incentive and glamour dedicated to the sport, but the real exhilaration is the thrill of taking part.

Skilled and highly trained drivers form part of an intensive team which ensures a smooth path while racing, from start to finish. Each member is as important as the next, and each has their very own task to excel at. Every link is vital, since the saying "you are only as strong as your weakest link" is exceptionally true.

The two types of oval tracks which are used for this type of competitive racing are dirt and asphalt. These propose very different driving conditions, which all participants should strengthen and confirm thoroughly prior to a competition. Most prefer to special in only one type of track driving, since they can then concentrate their efforts and achieve success in their skill. Practice is often the best way to acclimatize one's self to the skills and tactics required for each.

The fun of an event such as this cannot be compared, and even though it is a seriously competitive environment, it still delivers the adrenalin expected. When the victor holds up the trophy, the crowd explodes with applause and screams, supporting all of the competitors with a loud roar. It is a highly rewarding sport which improves with every race.
