Golf is a club or a game that is played mainly as a sport event. Golf books are mainly used during the process of the game that is being played. Golf has many benefits that accompany them in their day to day lives. This helps the player of this game to find it more comfortable to play the game.

One major benefit of it is that it is an experience to an outside event. This means that the game is played outside the premises of a room as compared to other type of games such as chess. It is an outdoor event mainly because it uses a large area of land of approximately 200 acres. Being an outdoor event also gives back some benefits such as basking in the morning such where one will receive vitamins D from the sun.

When doing so, his body continues to burn fats and calories. Some of this fat when it accumulates, it surrounds the heart. This makes it difficult for the heart to pump blood properly as it should. There is a reduced space in the heart hence, no proper pumping of blood takes place.

Golf also assists in creating friendships between players. This is because there are many players that engage in this activity in a specific time period. It is also termed as a social activity. Since one plays with many players, the interactions between each other will create good friendship between themselves.

Unlike other types of sporting activities such as football, the activity has a low amount of risk. This is mainly because there is nobody contact between the players of the game. Each player is situated at a different position from another which reduces the amount of risk occurrence.

This disease is very dangerous because it can take a very long period of time for it to be cured and heal completely. It may also develop and reach a point where it can not be controlled. It may also use a lot of money for medication purposes. When players are competing among themselves, it calls for a lot of soberness and fitness for one to win. This act of challenging one another increases the self-esteem of somebody. One tends to believe in him or herself that they can do the best and win their competitor.

Through this form of losing calories, it as well makes the heart to beat at the expected rate. This is though the amount of exercise that is done in a certain day. Through walking, bending downwards as well as running, it helps in burning the calories in an individual which helps the heart to beat very well. This has a great impact in the heart diseases where they are lowered and may also help in reducing the fats of an individual. This will in turn help in the good health of the individual.

The game also develops the brain of a person. When an individual increase his or her heartbeat of, from time to time, the blood flow of the person also increases from the brain. This helps in quick decision making process among the participant.
