When a target is this far the training hunter should be able to work on their ability to hit distant targets.

Among the last steps to becoming a hunter is getting approval from relevant authorities. This should be done after attending a safety course meant for hunters. The course includes a written exam and a four hour certification course. A certificate is issued at the end upon successful completion of the course. Once a certificate has been issued the hunter is free to purchase their permits for their hunt.
